Mail me off the list if you want to discuss further ... Have you considered renting a system? If it's "just" for WoW and some other games then rather than buying a box and having to upgrade the parts every 6 months or so it could work out better for you to not have to own it. I don't have any solid figures or anything though. Many computer places (Apple retailers as well as PC shops) do RentSmart or FlexiRent or something. Actually Flexirent (and I think RentSmart) is more like hire-purchase where you end up paying more than the original purchase. Only good for businesses and if you want to own it but want it now and don't have the money. But you can 'hire' PC's from places like Hire Intelligence - not cheap though from memory. I was thinking it would be good to have one before my computer becomes obsolete. I would be happy to have it at my place in Scarborough. I'm still in the same spot. As you all know I don't have much in the way of equipment but I do have DSL and air conditioning. I was thinking that either the 12th or the 19th of March would be a possibility. The other two weekends in March are long weekends so wouldn't really suit. Of course if someone else would prefer to host it then I'd be keen to go.
